By registering an account, uploading images, or utilizing imgse.com in any manner, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess full legal capacity to enter into and abide by this agreement.

imgse.com provides online image hosting and sharing services for both guest visitors and registered users:

• Guest (Non-logged-in) Uploads: As a temporary hosting service, images uploaded by guests have a fixed lifecycle and will be automatically and irreversibly purged after 1 month (30 days).
• Registered User Uploads: If you require persistent storage for your images, please register and sign in before uploading.
• Multiple Account Prohibition: Unauthorized registration, possession, or automated creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multi-accounting abuse is detected, the platform reserves the right to immediately terminate or ban all associated accounts and remove their hosted assets.
• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service feature (including file size limits, storage quotas, bandwidth, and format support) at any time.

Users bear full legal responsibility for all content uploaded, hosted, displayed, or distributed through their account, IP address, or network connection. imgse.com strictly prohibits images containing:

• Pornography & Adult Content (Zero Tolerance): Hardcore pornography, depictions of sexual acts, explicit genitalia, obscenity, solicitation, and any adult-restricted (NSFW/R18) visual materials are strictly forbidden.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexually explicit content involving minors. Immediate account termination and full reporting to legal authorities and international watchdog organizations will occur.
• Gambling & Betting Content: Any images related to online gambling, casinos, sports betting, lottery schemes, gambling agent recruitment, or promotional URLs and materials for betting platforms.
• QR Codes: Images containing QR codes. Because QR codes can easily conceal redirection destinations and malicious links, they are highly prone to being exploited for fraud, phishing attacks, and illicit marketing schemes.
• Commercial Promotion & Sales Prohibition: Hosted images may not be used to publish commercial advertisements, sell goods, or promote paid services. Using direct links from this service as conduits for grey-hat marketing or unauthorized traffic redirection is strictly prohibited.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or proprietary rights.
• Malware & Fraudulent Activities: Files concealing computer viruses, Trojans, malicious scripts, phishing schemes, scams, or spam dissemination.
• Extreme Violence & Harassment: Promotion of terrorism, extreme violence, self-harm, hate speech, incitement to crime, harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
• Automated Abuse & Network Attacks: Automated batch scraping, flood attacks, bypassing rate limits through multi-proxies, or interfering with server stability.

1. User Ownership: You retain all proprietary rights in and to the images you upload that legally belong to you.

2. Operational License: You grant imgse.com a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive technical license solely to host, convert, render thumbnails, distribute via CDN, and backup files to the extent required to operate the service.

3. DMCA Takedown Notices: Copyright owners who believe content on imgse.com infringes their rights may submit a takedown notice with supporting evidence to our support email for prompt review and removal.

1. Guest Image Lifecycle: Images uploaded by non-logged-in guests are retained for 1 month (30 days), after which they are permanently and irreversibly purged by the system.

2. Deletion & Cache Latency: Due to multi-tiered server storage architecture and worldwide CDN caching, when an image deletion is executed, it may take up to 1 hour for cached direct links to be completely purged across all distributed edge nodes. Cached links may remain momentarily accessible during this window.

3. Non-Archival Service: imgse.com is not a permanent backup repository. Users are strongly advised to keep independent local offline backups of all critical files.

4. Inactive & Abusive Resource Cleanup: We reserve the right to remove dormant images with no external traffic, abusive resources, or files violating these Terms at our discretion.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We assume no liability for data loss resulting from routine maintenance or force majeure.

We provide a free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imgse.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business disruption, or loss of data) arising from the use of or inability to use this service, and offer no compensation of any kind.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to immediately remove violating images, suspend or terminate user accounts, blacklist IP addresses, or block referrer domains for any breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of imgse.com following any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
